A cozy stay by the lake
We enjoyed delightful evenings in the hotel's cozy bar area. The breakfast was a real treat, with freshly cooked omelets and an abundance of pastries. Every time we returned to our room, it felt like walking into a sanctuary due to the immaculate cleanliness.
After we used the initial tea and coffee supplies in our room, we faced a hassle needing to request replenishments for an extra charge. This little inconvenience was surprising in such a well-rated hotel.

Couple getaway, feels like luxury!
The intimate breakfast setting was phenomenal! ! A chef on hand, cooking omelettes just for us, while fresh pastries were abundant. We felt the warmth of the staff every single morning, which made starting the day feel special. after an exhausting day of activities, diving into that pristine pool was pure bliss, definitely melted away our fatigue.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience was well worth every penny.

Staying for three nights in a Deluxe Room I provided a pleasant experience, with the staff being notably friendly and accommodating. The room was modern and elegantly designed, enabling a welcoming atmosphere. the food options felt limited. while the restaurant served tasty dishes, a lack of substantial side options, like vegetables, was disappointing. breakfast offered basic selections, which could be enhanced to cater to hungry hikers returning from long excursions.

We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous view from the balcony, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee. The swimming pool was an excellent size for laps and the sauna was a fantastic way to relax after a day of skiing. The food was exceptional. my partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the healthy options available at breakfast.
We had to request more tea and coffee supplies, which was a bit annoying.

missingWrote a review on 15 Aprwellness centermodern designheated poolroom size
The hotel's wellness center stands out with its heated pool, providing a great way to unwind after long days outdoors, though it can sometimes feel a tad crowded. Also impressive is the room's modern design and ample storage, ideal for keeping your gear organized during your stay.
The Standard Room size felt misleading, honestly not as spacious as advertised. the actual floor area seemed cramped, making it tricky to move around comfortably. the dining experience can be hit or miss, leaning on repetitive buffet offerings throughout the week, which could leave you longing for variety. I found it odd that after using the tea and coffee supplies, any refill required a request and came at an extra cost, which is a small annoyance that could be easily fixed. If you value daily cleaning but prefer minimal disturbance, you might find requests for dirty towels not met every day, leaving you with the occasional pile-up.

Beautiful location with attentive team
We enjoyed our stay in a spacious Superior Room, where the cleanliness and the stunning views from the balcony were standout features. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast with freshly baked croissants, which exceeded our expectations. the staff's genuine concern ' well-being was commendable, especially during our moments of need. the dining experience could benefit from a bit more variety in the buffet options.

missingWrote a review on 12 Mardelicious pizzamodern cozy roomdismissive stafflong wait times
The meaty pizza at the nearby Pauly bar-ristorante was an absolute game-changer! We stayed in a Standard Room, and even though it was recently renovated, it felt cozy with a nice blend of modern charm. Plus, its proximity to the quaint city center made exploring a breeze!
Though we were dazzled by the dining experience initially, the waitstaff seemed dismissive, especially when it was clear we weren't New Year's package guests. It led to long waits for drinks and a sense that we were just another number instead of valued guests. Quite the letdown!
